Garlic Bread for Two
 
 
This is a traditional Italian use of the first pressing of olive oil. It has a strong, raw garlic taste, and is very easy to make. Use a good olive oil, such as Goya.
 
1 clove    garlic, peeled  
  Italian or semolina bread  
  extra virgin olive oil  
 
1 Slice bread and toast.
2 Slide garlic glove onto a fork in the long direction. Rub garlic onto toasted bread to taste.
3 Brush on olive oil.
