Oven 'Fried' Potato Wedges
2   medium Baking potatoes  
1 Tbs    oil  
tsp    garlic salt  
1/4 tsp    hungarian paprika  
1/2 tsp    paprika  
1 tsp    Italian seasoning  
1/2 tsp    Mrs. Dash  
1 Tbs    oil  
1/2 tsp    salt, plus additional to taste  
1/4 tsp    paprika  
1/4 tsp    black pepper  
1 Preheat oven to 400.
2 Wash unpeeled potatoes. Pat dry.
3 Cut each potato lengthwise in half. With cut side down, cut each half lengthwise into 4 or more wedges.
4 In medium bowl, mix spices and oil. Add potatoes and toss until coated.
5 Place potatoes on baking pan lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with oil.
6 Bake 30-40 minutes or until crisp and golden, turning once after 20 minutes.
