Sammie Burgers
 
 
1   can (6 oz.) Salmon (skinless, boneless), drained  
1/4 cup    finely chopped onion  
2 Tbs    mayonnaise or salad dressing  
1   egg, beaten  
1 tsp    lemon juice  
1 tsp    parsley flakes  
1/8 tsp    garlic salt  
1/4 cup    dry bread crumbs  
  Hamburger buns or sandwich rounds  
 
1 In a medium bowl combine all ingrediants but bread crumbs.
2 Add bread crumbs and mix well. (Mixture will be moist.) Shape into two patties.
2 Grill patties until both sides are brown. Serve on buns with your favorite sauce.
