Sammie Burgers
1   can (6 oz.) Salmon (skinless, boneless), drained  
1/4 cup    dry bread crumbs  
1/4 cup    finely chopped onion  
2 Tbs    mayonnaise or salad dressing  
1   egg, beaten  
1 tsp    lemon juice  
1 tsp    parsley flakes  
1/8 tsp    garlic salt  
  Hamburger buns  
1 In a medium bowl combine salmon, bread crumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, parsley and garlic salt, mixing well. Shape into two burgers. (Mix will be moist.)
2 Grill burgers until both sides are brown. Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite sauce.
