Texas Caviar Appetizer
1/2   15 1/2 oz. can black-eyed peas, drained  
1/4   10 oz. can shoe-peg corn, drained  
1/8   onion, chopped  
2 Tbs    fresh parsley, chopped  
1   green onions, thinly sliced  
1/2   medium tomatoes, chopped  
1/2   clove garlic, minced  
1/4   medium green bell pepper, chopped  
1/4   jalapeno pepper, chopped  
1/4 cup    bottled Italian dressing  
1/2   bag tortilla chips  
1 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill at least 2 hours.
2 Drain before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
