Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a 12-" skillet over medium heat, cook the bell peppers in the oil for 5 minutes, or until tender crisp. |

Stir in olives and hot pepper sauce. Spoon mixture over pizza crust and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. |

Bake pizza in a pan or on a pizza stone for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. |
